Refund Policy | Willis & Co Construction

At Willis & Co Construction,

we are committed to delivering high-quality residential building services. We strive to meet and exceed your expectations. However, in the event that there are issues with our work, we have outlined our refund policy below:

1. Deposits:

   • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in the case of a breach of contract by Willis & Co Construction or failure to meet agreed-upon deliverables.

2. Refunds for Incomplete or Defective Work:

   • If the work is found to be incomplete or defective, we will work with you to remedy the issue. If the issue cannot be corrected or if the work fails to meet the specifications agreed upon, a partial or full refund may be offered depending on the situation.

3. Cancellations:

   • If you choose to cancel the project, cancellation must be provided in writing. Cancellations after work has commenced may result in the loss of the deposit and additional fees for work completed up to the cancellation date. Refunds will be based on work completed and costs incurred.

4. Breach of Contract:

   • If Willis & Co Construction fails to meet the agreed-upon terms, such as deadlines or quality standards, we may issue a refund based on the level of non-completion or defects.

5. Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA):

   • In compliance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 2020, we ensure that our services are fit for purpose, of acceptable quality, and match the agreed specifications. If our work fails to meet these guarantees, we will work with you to resolve the issue through repairs, replacement, or refund.

6. Dispute Resolution:

   • In the event of a dispute, we are committed to resolving matters promptly. If a refund is not agreed upon, we offer a fair dispute resolution process through mediation or arbitration as needed.
